(Merged
with MobileWay in 2004 to become
Mobile365) Engaged by CEO to create the new corporate strategy for this leading and fast-growing US and international provider of data and messaging services for mobile operators such as inter-carrier SMS (Short Messaging Service). Facilitated and led strategic planning sessions with entire Executive Management team and wrote the new strategic plan. Advised CEO on a number of other operational aspects of the corporation. Also provided cultural mentoring to foreign-born (German) founder and senior Executive at the company. Also engaged by the V.P., Product Management to devise the future product portfolio which included evaluation of content plays and globalization of services. Shortly thereafter, InphoMatch merged with Mobileway to form Mobile365. Mobileway365 later on was acquired by Sybase for $397 million

Acterna, Inc - Germantown, MD (Acquired by JDS Uniphase in July, 2005) Acterna, a $ 1/2 billion company, offers an large portfolio of award-winning instruments, systems, software and services that help its customers reduce network costs while improving performance and reliability. Headquartered in the U.S. – with European and Asia-Pacific operations headquartered in Germany and Hong Kong – Acterna serves nearly every major global communications service provider (telecom and cable) and equipment manufacturer in 40 countries. Acterna engaged LaunchDreams to a) help with both multicultural issues and b) with reigniting innovation in this very global company.

Angle Technology - Guildford, U.K. ANGLE Technology Group, a publicly traded company in the U.K. with offices in various parts of the world a) consults on the commercialization of technology for major corporations, universities, regional and national economic development agencies and the government, b) takes direct management responsibility for activities such as the operation of research parks and technology incubators, and c) invests in, establishes and owns significant equity stakes in a portfolio of technology companies. Angle engaged LaunchDreams for a variety of projects in all aspects of Angle's business incl. to help build the national economy of an entire country in the Middle East to be based on innovation instead of natural resources, help with technology-led economic development issues in various states in the U.S., and support the venture investment arm of Angle.

When Germany-based yWorks GmbH and Algorithmic Solutions Software GmbH made the move to expa nd their businesses in the U.S.A. by launching the new joint venture Quappa, they engaged LaunchDreams to act as the local representative regarding the company formation, to help with strategic and operational aspects of launching and running the company. to act as strategic advisor, and to provide management expertise and services. LaunchDreams also helped locate and lease office space, living quarters for company executives, securing bank accounts, etc. so that company executives could immediately focus on the business at hand.
