TEKES - National Technology Agency of Finland (Helsinki)/Embassy of Finland (Washington, DC)

Engaged the National Technology Agency of Finland to to analyze and write a detailed study report on the Information and Communications technology clusters and subclusters in Greater Washington, DC metropolitan area. The study was supposed to be a qualitatively high in terms of being able to answer questions specifically of interest to TEKES and Finnish companies but also rooted on excellent quantitative analysis. The project also includes briefing of high-level visitors from Finland to the Finnish Embassy on the results of the study

Washington State University (WSU) - Pullman, WA

Engaged by the Provost of WSU to address a variety of strategic and operational aspects, including addressing strategic and operational aspects of WSU's separate corporation which commercializes WSU's intellectual property, inventions and know-how. Analyzed the operational and strategic issues, facilitated strategic planning sessions with the Board of Directors, wrote the strategic plan and presented the plan to the Board of Directors for approval. Advised the entity on a number of other operational aspects. Furthermore

The focus is on advising in areas such as: strategic preparation for the show, navigation at this huge show with more than 5,000 exhibitors and more than 500,000 visitors from more than 50 countries, outreach at the show, language and logistical assistance, and cross-cultural consultation
